Most of our styles are made by hand. This means each piece is made individually by artisans and will not look like mass produced designs from a machine. At Resa Living, we love the high-end authentic handmade look, which all of our products capture.

We can customize.

We are happy to offer to offer our customers the option to order some designs in a different sizes if required. However,, not all styles can be altered in size but we will do our best to make it possible.

Our sari dresses are ideal for flowers girls for a wedding, so should you wish for specific sizes in certain shade ranges we will be happy to explore this option with you.

Much of our gold-plated jewelry can be customized. You may wish to add special initials or dates, which could be superb for wedding gifts or premium corporate gifts.

Duty Payments and Customs

We aim to dispatch your order within 1­–3 days after ordering. Custom made orders will take longer but we will provide you with an expected timeline when you place the order.

If for some reason your order is out of stock or there is a problem with your order, we will contact you by email. Please ensure your email address is correctly entered so we can provide you with full information.

We deliver right to your door using a courier service. To avoid delays in the delivery, we require that you provide a valid phone number when you place your order.

You should expect your delivery within 7­–9 working days (inside Europe). Deliveries outside the EU may take a little longer
